What do I value as a leader in our organization?

  2. Alignment and accountability: Accept responsibility for my actions. Make and support decisions through experience and good judgment.
  3. Member Service Excellence: Dedicated to satisfying member needs and honoring commitments that I have made to them.
  4. Teamwork: Supportive of the team's efforts, loyal to one another, and show respect for each other both personally and professionally.
  5. Balance: Be flexible, helping team members strike a healthy work and life balance.
  6. Passion for results: Show pride, enthusiasm and dedication in everything that is done. Committed to expanding the Toastmasters program to people of all backgrounds and educational levels.
  7. Respect: Treat members and fellow leaders with mutual respect and sensitivity, recognizing the importance of diversity. Respect all individuals and value their contributions.
  8. Open Communication:  Encourage team members to openly share their opinions and views.
